When we first heard about Nikesh and Shivona's Indian destination wedding at the picturesque Oleandri Resort in Paestum in the south of Italy, we knew it was going to be a unique and memorable celebration. Combining the vibrant colors and traditions of a Hindu wedding ceremony with the elegance and simplicity of a Civil Wedding, they created an unforgettable fusion of cultures at one of Italy's most enchanting coastal towns.
Paestum, situated in the lush region of Southern Italy , is surrounded by ancient ruins and pristine beaches, making it a perfect backdrop for their destination wedding. With its rich history, and awe-inspiring temples, this hidden gem on the Tyrrhenian Sea offered Nikesh and Shivona the perfect location to get married.
The wedding festivities at Oleandri Resort were nothing short of magical. From the intricately decorated mandap for the Hindu & Civil ceremony right on the beach to the charming greenery of the resort, every aspect was thoughtfully designed. The joyful atmosphere, filled with laughter and music, captivated everyone present, ensuring that Nikesh and Shivona's special day will be remembered and cherished for years to come.
We had the pleasure of experiencing the beautiful town of Paestum during their couple shoot a day prior to their wedding even though it was heavily pouring, we were able to create some nice portraits around town with them.

We had a great time documenting Nikesh and Shivona’s Wedding, Shooting a wedding in the south of Italy was in our bucket list for a long time and it couldn’t have been anything better than Paestum with its rich historical background, boasting majestic Greek temples and ruins, we fell in love with this ancient city.
